There would be several travel agencies in Dakar. Senegal Tours ( located on Place de l'Independence, 839 99 00) is an American Express Agent which deals with flight reservations and selling tours. For bookings and tours you can also go to M'boup Voyages ( the same street, 821 8163) where some of the staff speak English. The last choice I can give is Nouvelle Frontieres (on Blvd de la Republique).
